Cancellation Policy

At Precision Lab Cetner we understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes, appointments need to be canceled. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Timeframe:

To avoid any additional charges, cancellations must be made at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to adjust our schedule and allocate resources efficiently.

Cancellation Fee:

If a scheduled drug testing appointment is canceled within the 30-minute window or after our lab technician has arrived on-site, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged. This fee is applied to cover the time and resources allocated for the appointment.

Travel Fee:

In case of a cancellation after our lab technician has arrived on-site, the travel fee will not be refunded. The travel fee is non-refundable as it accounts for the time and effort involved in reaching your location.

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that suits your needs.

Exceptions:

We understand that certain circumstances may be beyond your control, such as emergencies or unforeseen events. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider any exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
